About the Role

As a Video KYC Associate, you will interact with customers over video calls and assist with the customer verification and KYC process. The role requires robust communication, attention to detail, accuracy, and a qualified approach to customer interactions.

Eligibility:

Graduation in any discipline

Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply

Excellent verbal communication skills.

Comfortable interacting with customers over video calls

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with digital platforms

Candidates with experience in KYC, customer service, banking, NBFC, fintech, verification or BPO processes are welcome

Comfortable working from the office in Andheri East, Mumbai

Salary:





₹30,000 - ₹32,000 per month (in-hand) Depending on the candidate's profile and selection.

Work Schedule:

Week days: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Rotational) Weekend (Rotational): Fixed Off

Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra
