We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant to support our finance department in day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have a positive understanding of basic accounting principles and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports
Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims
Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
Assist in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) tasks
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Handle administrative duties related to finance, including filing and data entry
Respond to internal and external financial queries
Assist with audits, budgeting, and forecasting processes as required

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
