Store Manager – Kasam Fashion \Location:\ AP & Telangana \Experience:\ 5–8 years in Fashion Retail / Apparel Retail \Qualification:\ Any Degree / MBA preferred \Reporting to:\ Cluster Manager / Area Manager \Key Responsibilities:\ Manage complete day-to-day operations of the fashion store. Achieve monthly \sales, conversion, ATV and other business targets\. Lead, motivate and manage store staff across Men’s, Women’s, Kids & other departments. Ensure excellent \customer service and customer experience\. Monitor manpower, attendance, grooming, discipline and productivity. Ensure proper \VM/display, stock availability and replenishment\. Control shrinkage, damages and inventory discrepancies. Conduct regular stock audits and coordinate with warehouse/HO teams. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively. Ensure store cleanliness, safety and compliance with company SOPs. Analyse daily/weekly sales reports and take corrective actions.



Train employees on product knowledge, selling skills and customer handling. Support recruitment and onboarding of store manpower.
