Job Purpose
The Responsibility of this role is to ensuring safety operation in the plant and he support to production team for continuous operation without breakdown.
Principal Accountabilities
Continuous monitoring of all the Critical Control Points and Operational Prerequisite Program equipments.
Focus on continuous operation and maintenance activity in the plant.
Prepare Preventive Maintenance schedule and follow the Preventive Maintenance activity as per the schedule.
Fault-finding and repair of plant, systems and equipment
Modifies, repairs or replaces plant, systems and equipment
Participates in Risk Assessments as part of Integrated Secure System Of Work (SAP) Permit to Work preparation
Prepares reports on work done.
Performing Validation of recent installed equipment.
Carried out testing and Maintenance activity.
