Develop, review, and update quality control guidelines and train staff on adherence.
Set quality specifications for raw materials and ensure vendor compliance.
Supervise and guide QC inspectors, technicians, and other team members.
Ensure compliance with regulatory authorities, health and safety protocols, and legal obligations.
Conduct quality audits and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Maintain accurate documentation of quality control processes and test results.

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in quality control within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
Solid knowledge of GMP, regulatory standards, and quality assurance protocols.
Experience in handling quality audits and compliance documentation.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and quality testing tools.
