Job Description: Global Admission Counsellor

We are looking for a smart, motivated, student-first Admission Counsellor who can guide learners through their entire international education journey—from first enquiry to offer letter and visa.

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Counselling

Understand student profiles (academics, budgets, goals).

Provide accurate guidance on programs, countries, intakes, and career paths.





Shortlist universities based on eligibility, competitiveness, and student preference.

Explain key requirements: IELTS/PTE, SOP/LOR, documents, timelines.

2. Application & Admission Support

Coordinate with partner universities for quick turnarounds & follow-ups.

Assist students in preparing strong SOPs, LORs, CVs, and scholarship requests.

3. Conversions

Convert incoming leads into enrolled students through trust-based guidance.

Maintain high conversion rates through solid communication and follow-ups.

Handle counselling during Global Admission Days / Application Days.

4. Documentation & Visa Assistance

Guide on CAS/COE, GTE forms, tuition payments, and visa documentation.

Work with the visa team to ensure smooth filing for the UK, Dubai, Australia, and NZ.

4. CRM & Reporting

Use CRM for lead management, pipeline updates, and follow-ups.

Maintain accurate data on student progress and monthly targe
