Job Title: Sales Executive - Tours & Travels

Location: Site 4, Kasna, Greater Noida (On-site)
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month
Experience: 2-3 Years

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through inbound and outbound sales activities.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
- Promote domestic and international tour packages, hotel bookings, flights, and other travel-related services.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in sales,



preferably in the Tours & Travels industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools is an advantage.
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
