Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads for residential flat sales.
- Handle enquiries from existing and new customers and understand their requirements.
- Maintain and regularly update the Patna customer database.
- Contact prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Arrange and conduct site visits for interested customers.
- Explain project details, flat specifications, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant information to customers.
- Follow up with customers regularly and convert enquiries into bookings and sales.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with customers, brokers, channel partners, and local property networks.
- Identify new sales opportunities through referrals, personal contacts, and local market networking.
- Coordinate with the documentation, accounts, and project teams for smooth completion of the sales process.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, negotiations, and bookings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.




- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the reporting manager.
- 1-4 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential/flat sales.
- Strong knowledge of the Patna real estate market.
- Should have an existing database/network of Patna-based prospective clients.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Positive communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
- Should be comfortable with regular customer follow-ups and site visits.
- Knowledge of local residential projects, pricing, and market trends in Patna will be an added advantage.
