JOB LOCATION - Gurgaon sector 55-56 rapid metro

Key Responsibilities
- Generate, maintain, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly sales product wise, salesperson wise, location wise
- Validate gross margins report on daily basis product wise, salesperson wise, location wise
- Generate, maintain, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly inventory, and performance reports to management and relevant departments.
- Prepare ad hoc reports and dashboards tailored to business or store management needs.
- Automate recurring reports and dashboards using Excel, macros, or specialized reporting tools for efficiency
- Update,



troubleshoot and improve Excel dashboards for performance monitoring
- Provide suggestions to ensure data accuracy and consistency throughout all systems; perform regular system/data check and validations
- Provide suggestions to ensure accuracy in physical stocks and stock in systems in coordination with store teams and act as liaison with accounts and IT support when necessary
- Analyze store data to identify trends, variances, and potential areas for improvement in sales, stock, and customer service.
- Provide actionable insights from data analysis to support decision-making, forecasting, and store planning.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Commerce
- Experience with MIS systems, data management, or analytics (1-3 years preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analytics tools; familiarity with macros and ERP/CRM platforms is a plus
