Position: Senior Accountant / Finance Executive

Location: Vatva

Experience:8-12 years

Key Responsibilities
- Accounting Records: Maintain accounting records of parent and subsidiary branches using balance sheet analysis and general ledger accounts.
- Data Security: Assist team members with database creation and maintenance to secure sensitive financial data.
- General Ledger: Update and maintain general ledger accounts, track accounts receivable details, and manage control accounts with proper work allocation.
- Financial Statements: Prepare and consolidate all financial statements, including monthly Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.
- Accounts Management: Update accounts receivable/payable, perform reconciliations, and monitor proforma accounts.
- Expense Review: Review expenses and payroll records; monitor cost centers; and correct accounting errors with journal entry adjustments.
- Tax Compliance: Verify and monitor monthly TDS remittance and challans (KE, SEPL & KTTL) and manage taxation, including TDS, GST, PF, professional tax, ESI, and advance tax.
- Reporting:



Present profit & loss statements to company directors every 25th of the month.
- Stock Statements: Prepare monthly stock statements for KE & KTTL.
- Audit Preparation: Prepare audit sheets for GST, bank, income tax, and stock.
- Billing Verification: Verify project-wise billing as per purchase orders or supply agreements.
- CA Coordination: Coordinate with chartered accountants regarding updates in state and central laws.
- Banking: Perform bank reconciliation and manage other banking operations.
- Personal Accounts: Maintain and monitor personal books of accounts.
- Payment Collection: Follow up with the team for timely payment collection.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in commerce, accounting, or finance.
- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems and MS Excel.
