Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the recruitment team for hiring goals
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple open positions
- Monitor sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Support bulk hiring drives and recruitment campaigns
Requirements:
- Solid leadership and recruitment coordination skills
- Ability to manage hiring targets and team performance
- Must have a personal _laptop_
Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
