REQUIREMENTS
JOB DESCRIPTION JD - STAFF NURSE
- 1. Checking and recording patients' vitals before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
- 2. Preparing and updating nursing care plans as per patient's clinical needs
- 3. Inform to the treating consultant if there is any deterioration in patient's clinical condition
- 4. Help in managing medical emergencies in Dialysis
- 5.



Administer prescribed medications like anticoagulants, antibiotics, or blood pressure medication
- 6. Check inventory of medicines and medical equipments including crash cart trolley and maintain shift wise checklists
- 7. Provide emotional support to patient and family
- 8. To treat all communication about patients, staff, and other organizational business confidentially.
- 9. To be involved in quality Assurance / Quality control activities.
- 10. To perform allthe jobs as may be assigned due to exigencies of work.
- 11. Participation in Continuous Quality Improvement.
