Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, site visits, and property demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring high customer satisfaction.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking and post-sales processes.
- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Eligibility
- Proven experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Experience in Real Estate Sales will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-centric approach and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
