About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan and manage SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid campaigns.
- Create and oversee social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
- Manage content marketing initiatives including blogs, case studies, newsletters, and website content.
- Generate B2B leads for game development, mobile app development, and software development services.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing tools.
- Improve website traffic, conversion rates, and search engine rankings.
- Coordinate with the design, content, and development teams for campaign execution.
- Track KPIs, prepare monthly performance reports,



and optimize campaigns based on insights.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and industry best practices.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Search Console.
- Experience in lead generation campaigns.
- Good understanding of social media marketing and content strategy.
- Familiarity with WordPress and basic website management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta Blueprint certifications will be an added advantage.
- Experience in the IT services, software development, SaaS, or game development industry is preferred.
