Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound Pay-Per-Call (PPC) technical support inquiries from customers across the US market.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate technical support solutions.
- Effectively upsell printer support plans, antivirus subscriptions, and other value-added technical support services.
- Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and consultative selling.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate customer information, sales activities, and follow-ups within the CRM system.
- Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and sales processes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in technical sales for the US market.
- Hands-on experience handling Pay-Per-Call (PPC) inbound technical support calls.
- Demonstrated success in upselling printer support services and antivirus solutions.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English.
- Strong customer service, objection-handling, and closing skills.
- Willingness to work rotational or night shifts aligned with US business hours.
- Available for immediate joining.
