Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Coordinate offer rollout and joining formalities.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment.
- Valuable knowledge of sourcing through job portals and social media.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
