Job Description

About the Role:
- Support and operate reliable, scalable cloud-native services on AWS- Automate infrastructure using Terraform (IaC)
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
- Implement monitoring and observability using Datadog and CloudWatch
- Participate in on-call support, incident response, and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with teams to improve system resilience and operational efficiency
- Collaborate effectively with global teams across Canada, the US, India, and other locations.

About You:
- Primary Skills: AWS domain expert, Terraform, GitHub actions, Datadog
- Secondary Skills: Communication, documentation, leading RCA, monitoring.
- 4-6 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Terraform, GitHub Actions, and Datadog
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and automation
- Experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and RCA
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, ECS/EKS) and CI/CD practices
- Good communication and documentation skills




- Shift time: 7:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST
