Job Overview

We are a premier construction company looking for a highly capable Tender Executive with 5+ years of experience to lead our bidding and tendering operations. You will manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for mega-infrastructure projects across central, state, and public sector bodies.

Core Responsibilities
- Portal Management: Execute end-to-end e-tendering activities on IREPS (Railways), State PWD, NHAI, PSUs, and their subsidiaries.
- Documentation: Prepare, compile, and review technical and financial bids ensuring 100% compliance with tender conditions.
- Risk Analysis: Read and analyze complex Tender Documents, Scope of Work, and Pre-Qualification (PQ) criteria.
- Coordination: Liaise with internal project teams, joint venture partners, and government department officials.
- Financial Oversight: Manage Earnest Money Deposits (EMD), Performance Bank Guarantees (PBG), and tender fee submissions.
- Tracking: Monitor upcoming bidding opportunities, track submitted bids, and attend pre-bid meetings.





Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of core tendering experience specifically within a Construction or Infrastructure company.
- Platform Expertise: Hands-on mastery of digital signature certificates (DSC) and online portals like IREPS, GeM, and central/state e-procurement systems.
- Domain Knowledge: Thorough understanding of bidding structures for Railways, NHAI, State PWD, and PSUs.
- Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong commercial acumen, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
