The Admin Cum Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily administrative activities, coordinating sales operations, handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, maintaining records, and supporting smooth coordination between customers, sales team, nursery staff, vendors, and management.

Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Coordination & Customer Handling
- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and walk-ins.
- Understand customer requirements for:
- Indoor & outdoor plants
- Corporate plant requirements
- Plant rentals & maintenance services
- Balcony gardening
- Landscaping projects
- Corporate gifting
- Artificial plants & green walls
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team for enquiries and conversions.
- Maintain customer database and follow-up records.
- Ensure timely response to customer queries.
- Build positive relationships with customers for repeat business.

2. Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain daily sales records and enquiry reports.
- Prepare invoices,



delivery challans, and basic documentation.
- Maintain quotation records and order status.
- Coordinate with accounts for billing and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain vendor details and purchase records.
- Maintain employee attendance records.
- Handle office documentation and filing.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for management.

3. Nursery Coordination
- Coordinate with nursery team regarding:
- Plant availability
- Stock requirements
- Plant preparation for customer orders
- Delivery schedules
- Maintenance service schedules
- Update customers regarding order status.
- Ensure plants are packed and delivered as per customer requirements.

4. Digital & Online Coordination
- Manage WhatsApp Business enquiries.
- Coordinate Instagram and online leads.
- Maintain customer enquiry sheet.
- Support in preparing social media content related to products and offers.
- Update plant availability and prici
