Job Opening: Data Analyst

Location: Khatiwala Tank, Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Work From Office)

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, organize, and analyze customer and business data from multiple sources.
- Analyze customer behavior, buying patterns, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop customer segmentation for targeted marketing and retargeting campaigns.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for management.
- Generate actionable insights to improve sales performance and marketing effectiveness.
- Monitor data quality, identify inconsistencies, and ensure data accuracy across all systems.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Management teams to support data-driven business decisions.
- Work with CRM software, spreadsheets, e-commerce platforms, and other business tools to consolidate and manage data efficiently.
- Prepare periodic reports and present key findings with clear recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics,



Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts, dashboards).
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Positive understanding of customer segmentation, sales funnels, and retargeting strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to learn current software and adapt to changing business requirements.

Working Hours
- 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM:
- Working hours may be revised after the initial training period based on mutual agreement and business requirements.
