Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and communicative Sales Telecaller to be the first point of contact for our potential clients. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for generating new business leads by reaching out to prospects, introducing our diverse portfolio of IT SaaS products and academic services, and qualifying their interest. Your primary goal is to set up qualified appointments and product demonstrations for our senior sales executives, directly contributing to the company's growth and revenue pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients from provided lists, databases, and leads.
- Product Pitching: Deliver a clear, compelling, and tailored sales pitch for our IT SaaS products (HRMS, ERP) and Academic Writing Services, highlighting key features and advantages.
- Lead Qualification: Engage prospects in conversation to understand their business needs, challenges, and budget to qualify them as potential customers.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule and confirm qualified appointments, meetings,



and product demos for the Sales team. Ensure all logistics are handled smoothly.
- CRM Management: Meticulously maintain and update all lead information, call activities, and dispositions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Market Research: Stay updated on our product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively handle objections and answer prospect questions.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, connections, and scheduled appointments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a Telecaller, Sales Development Representative (SDR), or in a similar sales role. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to build a career in sales are also encouraged to apply.
