Position: Store Manager

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead, train, motivate, and supervise the store team.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and brand standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, minimize wastage, and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
- Handle cash management, billing, and daily sales reporting.
- Prepare staff rosters and manage attendance and shift planning.
- Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.
- Coordinate with support teams to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in the QSR industry.
- Experience as a Floor Manager, Shift Manager, or Assistant Manager is mandatory.




- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer handling abilities.
- Valuable understanding of store operations, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts.
