Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
- Maintain cleanliness of office premises (desks, pantry, meeting rooms, etc.)
- collect documents, parcels, and mail within the office
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging materials
- Monitor and restock office supplies (stationery, pantry items)
- Run errands such as banking, bill payments, or purchasing office items
- Help with opening and closing the office (lights, equipment, etc.)
- Support staff with any additional routine tasks as needed
