Understand the job requirement, screening parameters and clients’ business upon receipt of job information.
-Sourcing of resumes from various online / offline tools.
-Incorporating new and cutting-edge ways of sourcing resumes for permanent staffing.
-Screening resumes with available job information / job description while working on the job requirements.
-Ensuring delivery of assignments with quality resumes within set TAT.
-Performing reference and background checks as an when required.
-MIS reports as per company requirement.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
