About the Role

We are looking for performance outbound sales team focused on generating qualified business opportunities through structured cold calling.

This is not a typical tele calling job.
You’ll be part of a disciplined, KPI-driven outbound engine where performance, consistency, and growth matter.

Key Responsibilities
- Make minimum 150 outbound calls per day:
- Engage with business owners and decision-makers
- Deliver a structured sales pitch with confidence
- Handle objections and keep conversations alive
- Qualify prospects based on defined criteria
- Book meetings / generate qualified opportunities
- Maintain accurate call notes and CRM updates

Performance Expectations
- Minimum 3 hours talk time per day:
- Strong focus on:
- Conversation quality
- Conversion rate
- Consistency in daily output

Who We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (English)




- Confident speaking with business owners
- Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
- Sales mindset (not just calling mindset)
- Previous outbound calling / telesales experience is a plus
- 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM ISTCanada business hours - EST / PST time zones
- Minimum Bachelors degree required
- Professional-level English is mandatory. You will be speaking directly with Canadian business owners and decision-makers. Neutral or near-neutral accent, strong grammar, and natural fluency are essential.
- Engage Canadian business owners and decision-makers through structured outbound calling
- Deliver confident, scripted sales pitches and handle objections effectively
- Qualify prospects against defined criteria and book qualified meetings
- Maintain accurate call notes and CRM updates after every interaction
- Comfortable working the 6 PM - 3 AM IST night shift consistently
