We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Travel Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our expanding travel operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for UK and US-based travel processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.:
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate travel packages,



accommodations, flights, and other related services.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).:
- Upsell additional travel services and products to enhance the customer experience. Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding travel arrangements, pricing, and policies.:
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals and business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions. Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in travel sales, preferably with a focus on the UK and US markets.
- Strong knowledge of travel products, services, and destinations.:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
