Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Manage and monitor performance of all stores and sales teams.
- Set sales targets and KPIs for Store Managers and Sales Executives.
- Conduct regular store visits and performance reviews.
- Improve customer experience, product demonstrations, and sales conversion.
- Analyze sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with HR, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Support new store openings and business expansion.
- Train, motivate, and develop the retail sales team.
- Ensure proper implementation of company policies and store standards.
- Monitor customer feedback, complaints, product demonstrations, and conversion rates.
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track KPIs such as target achievement, conversion ratio, average ticket size, leads, follow-ups, and store productivity.
- Identify potential locations, markets, and expansion opportunities.
- Support new store openings and business expansion.




- Develop local market strategies and partnerships to generate business.
- Work closely with the Marketing team for campaigns, exhibitions, events, and lead-generation activities.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 8-12+ years of relevant retail sales experience.
- Experience managing multiple stores/branches and large sales teams will be preferred.
- Experience in premium/luxury retail, wellness, furniture, electronics, or high-value products will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per month
