Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage and strengthen the Human Resources function at our corporate office. The role will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, compliance, performance management, training coordination, and support for administrative HR operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives and labor law requirements.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate office roles and coordinate hiring support for plant and sales teams as needed.
- Coordinate closely with Plant HR teams to ensure alignment of HR policies, statutory compliance, manpower planning, and timely resolution of plant-level HR issues, while maintaining consistent HR practices across all locations.
- Oversee onboarding, induction, and employee integration programs.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and coordination with payroll processing.




- Support performance management systems, appraisals, and employee development plans.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to employment, labor laws, records, and HR audits.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees and managers.
- Maintain HR dashboards, reports, and confidential employee records.
- Support management in organizational development, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing, building materials, or a corporate office workplace.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Good communication, leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.business.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
