You do not just build what you are asked to build. You ask why, you push back when a requirement does not make sense, and you propose a better way forward.

You are comfortable sitting with a GTM leader talking through a sales compensation scenario and walking out with a functional spec that accounts for edge cases they had not even thought of yet. Ambiguity does not slow you down. You work with what you have, fill in the gaps, and move. You have built enough models to know what breaks at scale, and you design around it from the start. At Synopsys, you will shape how a global sales organization plans, compensates, and operates, and the models you build will be used every day by teams across the company.
