“Supply Chain Manager Wanted: Optimize, Innovate, Transform”

About the Role:
- Responsible to manage the SCM team, oversee and optimize our supplier relationships, ensure procurement efficiency, and drive supply chain excellence. The Supplier Manager will be responsible for selecting and managing vendors, negotiating contracts, ensuring quality compliance, and continuously improving supplier performance to meet organizational goals.
- What You’ll Be Doing:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business goals and improve efficiency, service levels, and cost-effectiveness.
- Procurement & Supplier Management:Oversee procurement activities, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and relationship management.
- Contract Negotiation & Compliance: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and alignment with business objectives. Ensure suppliers comply with contractual obligations, legal requirements,



and company policies.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of supply chain consultants. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.
- Process Improvement: Standardize and improve internal processes to enhance scalability, speed, and efficiency. Leverage automation and process efficiencies where possible.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate supplier performance using key metrics such as delivery time, quality, cost, and responsiveness. Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement plans as needed.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks in the supply base. Develop contingency plans for critical suppliers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams including operations, quality assurance, R&D;, and finance to align supplier capabilities with business needs.
