Location: New Palasia, Indore (Work From Office)

Job Type: Internship (2-3 Months)

Stipend: ₹3,000 - ₹15,000 per month (Performance-Based)

Job Summary

Charisma Organisation is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to gain practical experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in onboarding and employee documentation.

Support day-to-day HR and administrative activities.

Coordinate with the HR team to achieve recruitment targets.

Eligibility Graduate or Postgraduate (Any Stream).

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office.





Strong willingness to learn and grow in Human Resources.

Ability to multitask and work in a team.
