We are Hiring | Chartered Accountant | Adarsh Developers
Key Responsibilities:
- Review of General Ledger and Trial Balance with schedules
- Preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual P&L;, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow at project, company & group level
- Intercompany & inter-branch reconciliation
- Finalization of accounts and audit handling (Statutory/Tax/Internal)
- Financial planning, cost analysis, and reporting
- Coordination with internal teams for reports and audits
Requirements:
- Articleship experience in Real Estate / Construction industry
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP S4 HANA / ERP systems
- Robust knowledge of IND-AS / GAAP / taxation
- Excellent communication & analytical skills
