Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, customer meetings, referrals, and market development activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet owners, transporters, contractors, individual truck owners, and other key customers.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable tipper body solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
- Coordinate with production, design, and service teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends,



and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer records, and pipeline reports using CRM or other reporting tools.
- Ensure prompt collection of payments and support after-sales service coordination.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet customers and develop new business.

Required
- 8-10 years of sales and marketing experience in commercial vehicles, automotive body building, heavy equipment, trailers, or related industries.
- Proven experience in B2C sales with a robust track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of the commercial vehicle industry and customer buying behavior.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel
