Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming materials and verify quantity, specifications, and supporting documents.
- Maintain proper records of all inward and outward material movements.
- Issue raw materials, components, tools, and consumables as per authorized requirements.
- Ensure proper identification, labeling, stacking, and storage of materials.
- Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels and inform management about shortages.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain stock registers, GRN/inward records, issue slips, and other store documentation.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts departments for material requirements.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and organization of the store area.
- Monitor slow-moving, damaged, excess, and obsolete materials.




- Support periodic stock audits and prepare inventory reports.
- Follow company procedures for material handling and inventory control.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of inventory-related information.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate / 12th pass or equivalent; Diploma in Stores/Warehouse Management is an advantage.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing company.:
- Valuable knowledge of inventory management and warehouse practices.
- Basic computer knowledge, particularly MS Excel and inventory/ERP software.
- Good numerical and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to identify and maintain proper documentation for materials.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented approach to work.
