Job Title: Senior Accountant / Accounts Executive

Job Location: Jakhauli Industrial Area, Sonipat, Haryana

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month

Job Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries.
- Record purchase, sales, receipts, and payment transactions.
- Manage GST compliance, reconciliation, and coordinate with the CA for return filing.
- Deduct and maintain TDS records.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash & bank books.
- Maintain debtors and creditors ledgers.
- Handle inventory and stock reconciliation.
- Prepare salary and payroll entries.
- Generate e-way bills and e-invoices.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial reports for management.
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and consultants.
- Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and statutory compliance.
- After initial training, independently manage the complete accounts function.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of accounting experience.
- Working knowledge of BUSY,



Tally Prime, or any ERP software.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, accounting principles, and inventory management.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Honest, responsible, and willing to take ownership of work.
- Experience in a manufacturing or factory environment.
- Familiarity with stock accounting and inventory reconciliation.
- Ability to work independently after initial guidance.
- Stable work history and willingness to grow with the organization.
