This is a permanent night-leaning schedule in India — it works brilliantly for some people and not at all for others. We need someone who can be sharp and responsive at 3am IST, every working day, not just for the first month.

What you will do

Own evening shift operations. Monitor cleaner check-ins as shifts start, chase no-shows immediately, arrange cover, and make sure every site gets cleaned as contracted. Flag any shift approved for fewer hours than the client contract.

Cover our key account’s evening needs. Our largest client operates venues into the evening; you’ll respond to their messages, coordinate any same-evening fixes, and update their schedule and task lists.

Hand over cleanly. End every shift with the boards updated and a short written handover so the daytime team starts with facts, not mysteries.

2+ years in operations,



customer service, scheduling or recruitment — facilities, BPO/ops, staffing or hospitality backgrounds all fit well.

A chaser-finisher temperament. This role is 80% follow-through: ringing the cleaner again, finding cover at 8pm, closing the loop, writing it down. You get satisfaction from resolved, not from busy.

Calm judgement under small emergencies. A no-show at a client site is a normal Tuesday, not a crisis. You act, escalate when genuinely needed, and don’t freeze or freelance.

Reliable home setup: fast reliable internet, backup power/data if outages are common in your area, quiet space for calls.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
