Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate, activity-based learning sessions.
- Foster children's language, numeracy, cognitive, and motor skill development.
- Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Prepare teaching aids, learning materials, and classroom displays.
- Observe, assess, and document each child's progress.
- Maintain student portfolios and assessment records.
- Encourage positive behaviour and develop social-emotional skills.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and well-being.
- Participate in school events, celebrations, PTMs, workshops, and training sessions.
- Ensure children's safety, hygiene, and overall well-being throughout the school day.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow teachers and school leadership.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.




- Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education (NTT, Montessori, ECCEd or equivalent) is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in a Preschool, Kindergarten, or Early Years setting.
- Valuable communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
