Nature of Role: Academic Leadership, Administration & Coordination

1. Job Purpose

To assist the Principal in the effective management of the College and provide leadership in academic administration, examinations, student affairs, quality assurance, NEP 2020 implementation and institutional development.

2. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Principal in planning and monitoring academic and administrative activities.
- Ensure effective implementation of the academic calendar, timetable, teaching plan and syllabus completion.
- Coordinate with Heads of Departments and faculty for smooth academic functioning.
- Supervise and coordinate examination, evaluation and result-related activities as delegated by the Principal/Controller of Examinations.
- Ensure effective implementation of NEP 2020, credit-based learning and student-centric academic practices.
- Monitor student attendance, discipline, mentoring and academic progress.




- Coordinate with IQAC for quality improvement, academic audits and accreditation-related activities.
- Support NAAC, NIRF and other statutory/regulatory compliance as applicable.
- Promote faculty development, research, innovation, internships and industry interaction.
- Coordinate meetings, committees and institutional activities assigned by the Principal.
- Address academic and administrative issues and escalate key matters to the Principal.
- Maintain confidentiality, transparency and professional discipline in all assigned responsibilities.
- Monitor effective utilization of academic resources and infrastructure.
- Undertake any other duties assigned by the Principal or competent authority.
