Position: HR Executive
Location: Ballygunge, Kolkata
Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
- Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
- Maintain employee attendance records and prepare monthly attendance reports.
- Process and manage PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Draft, implement, and update HR policies and employee handbooks.
- Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and personnel files.
- Coordinate with management regarding employee relations and HR operations.
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Handle employee queries related to HR operations and statutory perks.

Required Skills:
- Experience in HR Operations and Recruitment.
- Knowledge of PF, ESI, attendance management, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in policy drafting and implementation.




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR documentation.
- Good organizational and record-keeping abilities.

Qualifications:
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-4 years of relevant HR experience preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
