Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations across multiple online marketplaces and the company website.
- Process and monitor customer orders to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
- logistics, and courier partners for smooth order dispatch.
- Handle order cancellations, returns, replacements, and refund processes.
- Resolve operational issues related to orders, shipments, and customer requests.
- Track shipment status and ensure on-time delivery performance.

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Etsy, Walmart, eBay, and other online platforms.




- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas.
- Understanding of inventory and stock management.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
