Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the overall operations of multiple electronics retail stores within the assigned region.
- Drive regional sales, revenue, profitability, and business growth targets.
- Manage store performance, product sales, inventory, visual merchandising, and customer experience.
- Lead, motivate, and develop Store Managers, Sales Managers, and retail teams.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Develop and implement regional sales and business strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with brand representatives, distributors, and channel partners.
- Ensure effective inventory management, stock availability, and reduction of ageing inventory.
- Analyse sales reports, market trends, competitor activities, and regional business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand guidelines, operational standards, and customer service protocols.




- Conduct regular store visits and audits to identify operational gaps and improvement areas.
- Coordinate with marketing and brand teams for promotions, campaigns, product launches, and regional activations.
- Handle escalations related to customers, staff, operations, and business performance.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
