We are looking for HR Recruiter we are not just start-up company we are working sing 2011 in IT Field. we are expending our team. as a HR Recruiter You will be responsible for scheduling and conducting interviews, preparing employment-related documents, and conducting on boarding and induction programs for current employees. Your duties will also include maintaining employee records, managing HR documentation, and updating employee information for various processes such as promotions, transfers, and exits.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers. Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other employment-related documents.
- Conduct on boarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
- Manage employee files, personal information, employment contracts, and other HR documentation.




- Ensure confidentiality, security, and proper maintenance of employee records.
- Update employee information related to promotions, transfers, confirmations, and exits.
- 6 month to 1 year of experience in HR,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skilled, confident and well-presented personality with the ability to represent the organisation internally and externally.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
