Job description:
- Develop recruitment plans: Create a strategy for finding the right person for a position. This includes writing job descriptions and building a recruitment network.
- Work with hiring managers: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and future hiring requirements.
- Provide onboarding support: Assist recent hires with the onboarding process
- Knows how to do kitchen hiring (Commis)
