You’ll make a difference by:
- Process batch payments in a timely and accurate manner
- Handling payment queries related to T&E;
- Hands on experience on Master data activity




- Identifies and implements process improvements into the process.
- Provide complete and consistent responses in a timely manner to the T&E; customer inquiry / Stakeholders.
- Continually explores new methods to improve operations, work with management team to gain acceptance, and support implementation efforts

Your success is grounded in:
- 2years to 4 years’ Experience in Travel and Expense process is preferred.
- Experience in working knowledge on Concur tool is preferred.
- Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Solid analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills and an ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Must be deadline focused, organized and exhibit problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
- Must be able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and be able to prioriti
