The Campus Operation Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe, and disciplined functioning of the assigned floor/wing, while coordinating closely with teachers, students, and the school administration.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor the day-to-day functioning of the assigned floor and ensure a smooth learning environment.
Coordinate student movement during arrival, dispersal, breaks, transitions, and activity periods.
Ensure students move in an orderly and disciplined manner between classrooms and activity areas.
Monitor classroom readiness, cleanliness, and overall floor ambience.
Coordinate with teachers regarding timetable changes, classroom requirements, substitutions, and operational concerns.
Support teachers in managing student discipline and routine floor-level requirements.
Monitor corridors, common areas, and washroom areas to ensure student safety and appropriate behaviour.
Ensure students are not left unattended during transitions or free periods.
Coordinate with housekeeping and support staff regarding cleanliness, maintenance,



and facility-related concerns.
Report and follow up on maintenance, safety, or operational issues on the assigned floor.
Support the smooth conduct of examinations, assessments, events, assemblies, workshops, and special programmes.
Assist in implementing school policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Maintain basic floor-level records, checklists, and incident reports where required.
Act as the first point of coordination for floor-level operational concerns and escalate matters to the concerned leader/administration.
Ensure a positive, respectful, secure, and student-friendly workplace across the assigned floor.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any discipline; B.Ed./education-related qualification will be an advantage.
2+ years of experience in a school, educational institution, administration, or student coordination role.
