Position Overview
Della Adventure Park is seeking energetic, guest-oriented, and safety-conscious candidates to join the team as Adventure Marshalls at our premier park in Lonavala. In this role, you will be responsible for operating high-adrenaline adventure rides, ensuring absolute guest safety, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining strict activity standards.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Operations: Welcome guests, brief them on activity rules, fit and adjust safety harnesses, helmets, and protective gear correctly.
Activity Execution: Safely operate adventure activities (e.g., Flying Fox, Swoop, Archery, Paintball, High Ropes, Buggy Rides) following standard operating procedures.
Safety & Security: Conduct daily inspection of safety equipment, ropes, harnesses,



and activity structures before operations begin; enforce park safety regulations at all times.
Guest Assistance & Engagement: Guide guests through activities, encourage participants to overcome hesitation, and deliver an energetic, memorable experience.
Emergency Response: Act quickly during operational halts or guest discomfort, following safety protocols for prompt rescue or assistance.

Candidate Profile & Eligibility
Qualifications: 10th / 12th pass / Graduation in any discipline (Freshers are fully welcome to apply).
Physical Fitness: Positive physical stamina, agility, and comfort with outdoor conditions and heights.
Communication Skills: Basic knowledge of English and Hindi/Marathi; positive verbal expression and guest-handling skills.
Attributes: High energy, dynamic attitude ,discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility toward safety.
