About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Admin Head to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the organization. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage office operations efficiently and ensure smooth functioning across departments.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all day-to-day administrative and office operations.
Ensure smooth functioning and maintenance of office facilities, infrastructure, and equipment.
Manage office vendors, housekeeping, security, maintenance, stationery, and other service providers.
Handle procurement of office supplies and maintain proper inventory records.
Coordinate with management and different departments for administrative requirements.




Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems.
Monitor office attendance, punctuality, discipline, and adherence to company policies.
Maintain records related to assets, inventory, vendors, and administrative expenses.
Manage employee-related administrative requirements, including onboarding support, seating arrangements, ID cards, access, and other facilities.
Coordinate with HR regarding employee engagement activities, office requirements, and internal communication.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
Negotiate with vendors and service providers to ensure cost-effective and quality services.
Monitor and control administrative expenses and maintain proper documentation.
Handle administrative issues and resolve them promptly and professionally.
Prepare regular administrative reports and updates for management.
