Roles and Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain complex business workflow applications using Tibco BusinessWorks (BW) 5.x.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design solutions that meet customer needs.
Develop expertise in Tibco Administrator tools such as TA-MGR, TA-DEV, TA-QA, TA-PROD for managing BW settings.
Troubleshoot issues related to BW application performance tuning, data migration, error handling, and security configurations.
Provide technical guidance on best practices for implementing recent features and enhancements in existing BW applications.
