Choose suitable inactive ingredients, also called excipients.
Pick manufacturing methods like direct compression, wet granulation, or dry granulation.
Test raw materials for flow, solubility, and moisture absorption.
Check how active drugs mix with excipients using analytical tools.
Run dissolution and stability tests following official guidelines.
Run trial batches in the lab using blenders, granulators, and tablet presses.
Fix production issues like sticking, capping, or poor content uniformity.
Help transfer successful formulas from lab scale to large factory production.
Write master formulas, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and product development reports.
Ensure all work meets Positive Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
