About the Role

Recruza Alliance is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Loan Sales Executive to join a growing fintech team in Bareilly. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring customers, explaining loan products, and supporting customers throughout the loan application process.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, tele-calling, digital channels, and other sources.
Identify prospective customers and understand their financial requirements.
Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, documentation, and repayment terms clearly.
Assist customers with the loan application and documentation process.
Follow up with leads and prospective customers to convert applications into successful disbursals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Coordinate with internal teams for document verification, credit assessment, approval,



and disbursement.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, applications, and follow-ups.
Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
Stay updated on loan products, fintech processes, and market trends.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Previous experience of minimum 2 to 3 years in loan sales, banking, NBFC, fintech, insurance, or financial services is an advantage.
Freshers with solid communication and sales skills may also apply.
Valuable communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Robust sales orientation and willingness to achieve targets.
Basic knowledge of smartphones, mobile applications, and digital financial services.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
